From visionary producer Adi Shankar — the creative architect behind Castlevania and Captain Laserhawk — comes the long-awaited Netflix anime adaptation of Capcom’s legendary Devil May Cry franchise. Dropping May 12th, this series has been on the radar of gamers and anime fans for a long time, and based on Shankar’s track record, the expectations are justifiably sky-high.

At the center is Dante — a professional demon hunter with an irreverent attitude, supernatural abilities, and a burning need for vengeance. When his family is murdered by sinister demonic forces, Dante dedicates himself entirely to revenge, plunging deeper and deeper into a demonic underworld far more complex and dangerous than even he anticipated. The animation style is kinetic, stylized, and unhinged in the absolute best way — think high-octane action sequences layered over mythology-heavy lore.

Adi Shankar built his animated game adaptation credibility with Castlevania — a series that redefined what a video game adaptation could look and feel like on a streaming platform. Devil May Cry has the perfect source material for this treatment: a lead character with massive personality, deep mythological lore, and action sequences that naturally lend themselves to animated form. If Castlevania lives rent-free in your head, get ready to make room.

Good Omens Season 3

😇 THE SERIES FINALE HAS ARRIVED

This is it. The series finale of Good Omens drops on Prime Video on May 13th, and if you have been emotionally invested in Aziraphale and Crowley since Season 1, prepare yourself — your feelings are not safe. Based on the beloved novel by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, Good Omens has been one of the most uniquely warm, achingly funny, and quietly devastating shows on any streaming platform since it arrived.

📖 WHERE SEASON 3 PICKS UP

Following the gut-punch of the Season 2 finale — which broke the fandom in ways that are still being processed — Aziraphale (Michael Sheen) now stands as Supreme Archangel, tasked with overseeing the Second Coming. Meanwhile Crowley (David Tennant) is doing what Crowley does: navigating existence with chaotic grace, genuine tenderness, and an inability to just walk away from the one relationship that has defined millennia. The fracture between them that ended Season 2 is still very much present, and Season 3 is the conclusion of everything.

💔 THE GOODBYE THAT MATTERS

Good Omens has always been a show about love in its most complicated, cosmic, and profoundly human form — even when the characters themselves aren’t human. Michael Sheen and David Tennant together are a phenomenon that doesn’t come around often in television. Season 3 is the farewell, and if the creative team sticks this landing, it could rank among the most satisfying series finales in recent memory.

Dutton Ranch is a brand new series streaming on Paramount+ starting May 15th, following Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) and Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) as they gamble everything on building a new life together in Texas.
